On Tuesday, Nolan Smith and Cedevita Zagreb hosted France's Elan Chalon as they tried to ensure their passage into the next round of the EuroCup. While they could have done so by not losing by too big of a margin, they went ahead and completed a fourth quarter comeback to win outright 75-71, leaving them just waiting on other results to determine their three opponents in the next group. Chelsea Hopkins is having a good first overseas season in Israel with Bont Hertzeliya. Eric Boateng is playing in Argentina for La Union Formosa. Jamal Boykin just made his debut in Ukraine for Cherkasy. Earlier in the season, he was signed on a short term deal as an injury replacement for Wurzburg in Germany.
