DeMarcus Nelson and Red Star Belgrade had a big rivalry game against Partizan Belgrade as both teams were reeling from mildly surprising defeats in the Adriatic League semifinals. David McClure and Siauliai started their quarterfinal series visiting third place Neptunas, the team that David started the season with, after their own sixth place finish. The team led for a large portion of the game before letting their opponents back in and losing 86-83, missing a great opportunity to flip the home court advantage after Game 1. David had a quiet game offensively as he played 16 minutes. Derek Needham had 20 points and 6 assists and Vytautas Sulskis had 13 points.
