On Monday, DeMarcus Nelson and Panathinaikos managed to extend their time in EuroLeague by just holding off CSKA Moscow in Game 3 of the quarterfinals as action shifted from Russia to Greece.  DeMarcus had 4 points in 10 minutes.  Antonis Fotsis had 12 points and James Gist had 11 points.  In the loss, ex-Arkansas player Sonny Weems had 24 points, ex-NBA player Nando De Colo had 19 points, Andrei Kirilenko continued to regain his rhythm from his NBA days with 11 points and 7 rebounds, and ex-UNC Greensboro player Kyle Hines had 10 points.

On Wednesday, DeMarcus Nelson and Panathinaikos could not stay in the EuroLeague Playoffs as they lost Game 4 to CSKA Moscow 74-55 at home.  DeMarcus had a quiet 10 minutes.  James Gist and Loukas Mavrokefalidis had 10 points each.  In the win, Nando De Colo had 18 points, Andrei Kirilenko had 13 points and 10 rebounds, Kyle Hines had 12 points, and Sonny Weems had 11 points.

On Saturday, Nick Horvath and the Manawatu Jets came up short again as they looked for their first win against the Canterbury Rams, but lost 81-74.  Nick had 2 points in 20 minutes.  Brandon Jenkins had 19 points, Jeremiah Trueman had 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Dion Harris had 10 points and 10 rebounds.  In the win, ex-JC player Ethan Rusbatch had 27 points and 6 rebounds, ex-Portland State player Kyle Coston had 18 points and 9 rebounds, ex-Alabama A&M player Mickell Gladness had 13 points and 11 rebounds, and ex-Arizona State player Richie Edwards had 12 points.

Marty Pocius and Galatasaray lost 91-76 to league upstarts Darussafaka.  Marty had 2 points in 12 minutes.  Justin Carter had 10 points.  In the win, Renaldas Seibutis, the 50th pick of the Dallas Mavericks in 2007, had 19 points, ex-UCLA player Jordan Farmar had 17 points and 8 assists, and ex-Temple player Lynn Greer had 12 points.

Daniel Ewing was injured in his last game and missed LeMans Sarthe's 68-66 win over Elan Chalon.  Rodrigue Beaubois had 14 points and C.J. Wallace had 11 points and 6 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-Florida State player Jason Rich had 24 points.

Jess Foley and the Norwood Flames had a tougher test, but prevailed 66-56 over the North Adelaide Rockets.  Jess had 13 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists in 38 minutes.  Marisa Stabile had 17 points.

Kathleen Scheer and Hobart Chargers had a difficult game to face without their full roster and lost 87-68 to the Kilsyth Cobras.  Kathleen had 19 points and 6 blocks in 39 minutes.  Amy Kame had 29 points.  In the win, rookie Cassie Sant from Dayton had 20 points and ex-Fresno State player Chantella Perera had 10 points and 8 rebounds.
