On Thursday, Chloe Wells, but not Richa Jackson, and Barretos continued their run with a 72-67 win over Jaragua.  Chloe had 13 points in 24 minutes.  In the loss, ex-Clemson player Sthefany Thomas had 15 points and 6 rebounds.

On Friday, Jess Foley, Kathleen Scheer, and the Adelaide Lightning continued their tough season with a 98-75 loss to the Townsville Fire as they could not keep up in the second half.  Jess had 9 points in 31 minutes before fouling out and Kathleen had 5 points in 11 minutes.  Laura Summerton had 15 points and Emma Langford had 14 points.  In the win, ex-WNBA player Suzy Batkovic had 21 points and ex-Stanford player Jillian Harmon had 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Nick Horvath started his season earlier than expected after signing a short-term deal in Australia with the Sydney Kings.  Previously, it had been expected that Nick would not start his season until the league in New Zealand, where he lives, started later in the year.  His teammates include ex-Stanford player Josh Childress, rookie Kendrick Perry from Youngstown State, ex-Richmond player Josh Duinker, ex-UC Santa Barbara player Tom Garlepp, ex-Saint Louis player Cody Ellis, ex-DII player Ben Madgen, ex-DII player Kevin White, and rookie Angus Brandt from Oregon State, whose injury created the opening for Nick.  In his first game with the team, they beat the Townsville Crocodiles 89-81.  Nick had 2 points in 7 minutes before fouling out.  Childress had 23 points, Madgen had 22 points, Perry had 14 points, and Garlepp had 13 points.  In the loss, ex-Saint Louis player Brian Conklin had 19 points and ex-Alabama A&M player Mickell Gladness had 14 points and 17 rebounds.

DeMarcus Nelson and Panathinaikos recorded a solid EuroLeague win at home against Zalgiris Kaunas of Lithuania.  DeMarcus had a quiet offensive game in 17 minutes.  James Gist had 13 points, Esteban Batista had 11 points and 9 rebounds, A.J. Slaughter had 11 points, and Antonis Fotsis had 10 points and 6 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-Montana player Will Cherry had 13 points.

Marty Pocius and Galatasaray recorded an important EuroLeague win on their tough trip to Serbia, besting Red Star Belgrade 74-65.  Marty had 11 points in 19 minutes.  Carlos Arroyo had 11 points, and ex-Creighton player Justin Carter, who has gradually been worked into the rotation as one of the team's midseason reinforcements, had 10 points.  In the loss, ex-UConn player Marcus Williams had 12 points.

On Saturday, Lindsey Harding and Edirne continued their strong run with a 68-66 win at Osmaniye.  Lindsey led all scorers with 26 points after playing all 40 minutes.  Marissa Coleman had 11 points and 8 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-VCU player D'Andra Moss had 17 points.

Jasmine Thomas and Orman came back to record an important 74-69 win over Botas.  Jasmine had 11 points in 23 minutes.  Kara Braxton had 23 points and 14 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-Arkansas player Lauren Ervin had 23 points and 15 rebounds, ex-LSU player Quianna Chaney had 11 points and 6 assists, and rookie Theresa Plaisance from LSU had 10 points and 8 rebounds.

On Sunday, Monique Currie and Karima Christmas got to be teammates instead of opponents as they played on the South team in the All Star Game, beating Central 97-94.  Monique had 16 points in 20 minutes and Karima had 3 points in 13 minutes.  In the loss, ex-UConn player Charde Houston had 21 points and 9 rebounds and rookie Alyssa Thomas from Maryland had 12 points.
