On Saturday, Monique Currie and the S-Birds held off her former team the Blue Minx 60-58.  Monique led her team with 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists in 35 minutes.

Elizabeth Williams and Istanbul University returned from their break with a 65-52 win at Botas.  Elizabeth had 18 points and 15 rebounds in 37 minutes.  In the loss, ex-Liberty player Avery Warley had 20 points and 19 rebounds and rookie Ally Malott from Dayton had 12 points.

DeMarcus Nelson and Monaco had a fast start against Chalons-Reims and held on to an 86-80 win.  DeMarcus had 12 points and 8 rebounds in 23 minutes.  Jamal Shuler had 21 points, Adrian Uter had 15 points, and Larry Drew II had 11 points.  In the loss, ex-IUPUI player Alex Young had 23 points and 6 rebounds, ex-St. Mary's player Mickey McConnell had 14 points and 9 assists, and ex-McNeese State player Patrick Richard had 12 points.

Andre Dawkins and Torino got their full new look roster together, but lost 93-85 to Trento.  Andre had 13 points in 28 minutes before fouling out.  D.J. White finally made his return from injury with 21 points and 8 rebounds and ex-UConn player Jerome Dyson joined the team and contributed 11 points.  In the win, ex-Marquette player Trent Lockett had 19 points and ex-Kansas player Julian Wright had 17 points and 8 rebounds.

On Sunday, Chelsea Gray made her debut for her new team, Abdullah Gul University in Turkey.  She had a clause in her previous contract that allowed for a midseason move, and her impressive start to the season drew attention around Europe as she opted to move to Ankara to fill a vacancy caused by injury.  Her teammates include ex-UNC player LaToya Pringle, who is also known by the Turkish version of her married name Lara Sanders, ex-Minnesota player Janel McCarville, and ex-Richmond player Mirna Mazic.  In this game, they beat Besiktas 73-68 after a fourth quarter comeback.  Chelsea had 17 points in 26 minutes.  Pringle had 12 points and 11 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-Rutgers player Cappie Pondexter had 14 points and 8 assists.
