On Wednesday, Shelden Williams and Tianjin had a big lead on Shanghai, before letting their opponents make a big run in the fourth quarter to come back for a 101-99 win.  Shelden had 23 points and 14 rebounds in 33 minutes.  Quincy Douby had 48 points and 11 rebounds.  In the win, ex-Kansas State star Michael Beasley had 42 points and 17 rebounds as he had to go it alone with Delonte West leaving the team as ex-Cal player Max Zhang added 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Daniel Ewing and LeMans Sarthe were surprised in Italy in their EuroChallenge game against second division side Biella, losing 82-64.  Daniel had 1 point in 14 minutes as he battled foul trouble.  Michal Ignerski had 15 points and 6 rebounds, Shy Ely had 13 points, and Rodrigue Beaubois had 10 points.  In the win, ex-Xavier player B.J. Raymond had 16 points and 7 rebounds and ex-Texas Tech player Alan Voskuil had 25 points.

Josh Hairston and Massagno advanced to the next round of the Swiss Cup by winning 73-53 at second division team Vevey Riviera.  Josh had 6 points and 13 rebounds in 26 minutes.  Auston Calhoun had 18 points and 13 rebounds and Jake Thomas had 14 points and 7 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-Kansas State player Dramane Diarra had 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Monique Currie and the Blue Minx edged past KEB 56-55.  Monique had 16 points in 15 minutes.  In the loss, rookie Odyssey Sims from Baylor had 16 points and 7 rebounds and ex-Xavier player Amber Harris had 14 points.

Mistie Bass and Lattes Montpellier went to Slovakia and beat Good Angels Kosice 66-50 in a EuroLeague Women game.  Mistie led all scorers with 16 points and added 6 rebounds in 33 minutes.  In the loss, Mistie's WNBA teammate Erin Phillips had 14 points and ex-UConn player Asjha Jones had 12 points.

On Thursday, DeMarcus Nelson was still injured as Panathinaikos made the trip to Poland for a EuroLeague game against Turow, winning 79-69.  Loukas Mavrokefalidis had 21 points and 6 rebounds and James Gist had 16 points.  In the loss, ex-George Washington player Tony Taylor had 13 points and 7 assists and ex-Dayton player Chris Wright had 13 points.

On Friday, Shelden Williams and Tianjin returned to winning ways by beating the expansion Jiangsu team based in Changzhou 116-104.  Without his usual running mate, Shelden had a bigger role and finished with 24 points and 10 rebounds in 38 minutes.  Ex-DII player Shang Ping, who finally joined the team this week, had 14 points and 12 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-South Florida player Will McDonald had 37 points and 14 rebounds.

Marty Pocius missed another game as Galatasaray hosted Serbia's Red Star Belgrade in EuroLeague play, prevailing 110-103 in a wild double overtime game.  Carlos Arroyo had 26 points and 6 assists while playing all 50 minutes and Sinan Guler had 10 points and 8 rebounds.

Jess Foley, Kathleen Scheer, and the Adelaide Lightning continued their struggles with a 71-53 loss to the Townsville Fire.  Jess had 4 points in 29 minutes and Kathleen had 2 points in 12 minutes.  In the win, ex-WNBA player Suzy Batkovic had 17 points and 11 rebounds.

Karima Christmas and the S-Birds managed to grind out a 55-48 win over the Stars.  Karima had 10 points and 6 rebounds in 23 minutes.  Jessica Breland had 11 points and 6 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-Tennessee player Vicki Baugh had 13 points and 9 rebounds.
