On Wednesday, Krystal Thomas and Mersin started EuroCup Women by hosting Good Angels Kosice of Slovakia and winning 76-70.  Krystal had 13 points and 9 rebounds in 33 minutes.  Bria Hartley had 24 points.  In the loss, ex-WNBA player Zuzana Zirkova had 14 points and ex-UCLA player Darxia Morris had 11 points.

Angela Salvadores and Sopron started EuroLeague Women by hosting Galatasaray of Turkey, winning 72-55.  Angela had 6 points and 6 rebounds in 28 minutes.  Yvonne Turner had 15 points, Jelena Milovanovic had 11 points and 6 rebounds, and Crystal Langhorne had 10 points and 6 rebounds.  In the loss, ex-WNBA player Jelena Dubljevic had 15 points and 7 rebounds and ex-DePaul player Allie Quigley had 10 points.

Oderah Chidom was not in the lineup as Celje had an Adriatic Association League game in Bulgaria against Montana, losing 82-78.  In the win, ex-Stanford player Sarah Boothe had 18 points and 7 rebounds.

DeMarcus Nelson and Lyon-Villeurbanne started EuroCup with a trip to Italy, where they lost to Aquila Trento 85-75.  DeMarcus had 11 points in 28 minutes.  David Lighty had 17 points and Justin Harper had 12 points.  In the win, ex-Louisville player Chane Behanan had 19 points, ex-North Carolina Central player Dominique Sutton had 13 points and 6 rebounds, and ex-Nebraska player Shavon Shields had 13 points.
