Sounds like a good plan to me. I got the OK today from my orthopedic doc to begin weights. I have really missed working out since my rotator cuff entirety. My pt has to approve what I do and how. Also, I can begin shooting balls again with a 5 iron. It's been way over a year since I been able to do either. I'm excited.lawgrad91 wrote:Day 8 of my new gym regimen. Three minutes of walking, one minute of running, for forty minutes, then a five-minute cooldown.
It may not sound like much, but I haven't run any (except between bases) since high school. I went 3.28 miles today (up from 3.17 on Friday).
The plan is to lose 40 pounds before my 20 year law school reunion next year. I figure if I try for 40 pounds, and don't quite make it, I'll still be in really good shape.
Maybe I should try the Madagascar diet with Lavabe!

Should I go vist Ted Drewe's in your honor? ;)

We finally got home today around 4pm. I'm exhausted. And I'm behind at work and will have a shitty day tomorrow. Ugh.

We have been never had to do this. Guess we've been lucky. Thanks for sharing, we may need to get a chimney sweep one day.CathyCA wrote:The chimney sweep is here this morning to clean out my chimney. I had a tremendous nest full of birds in my flue. It had gotten to the point that I couldn't sit in my living room to watch TV or talk on the phone because the birds were so squawky and loud.
I my chimney sweep!

He wasn't wearing his briefs when he went to bed with the teenage girl, which is why I'm writing a brief on him. (The facts are really disgusting and I won't trouble you with them here.) His grounds for appeal are that he was heavily medicated the day of his guilty plea and he was not happy with his sentence.OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Was the sex offender not wearing briefs?lawgrad91 wrote:Back from court early. Re: LTE 2.0
I may have told you this before, but it's so funny that it bears repeating. I once represented a major air carrier who had terminated one of its flight attendants for stealing bottles of champagne from the plane. She sued the airline for wrongful termination. Her argument was: "I am a kleptomaniac, and it is my disability. Under the ADA, you cannot fire me for this disability."lawgrad91 wrote:He wasn't wearing his briefs when he went to bed with the teenage girl, which is why I'm writing a brief on him.
