Appearance-cloudy tangerine with a light peachy, fluffy top
Nose-gallons of OJ
Mouthfeel-hint of sour
Tastes-loads of oranges, generous amount of apricot and some lemon and lime juices
Adjuncts-Cara Mia oranges and apricot (variety not specified)
IBU-maybe 10
ABV-5.7%
Overall impression-I had my doubts seeing an unknown FL brewery prominently printed near the top of the label but with Westbrook brewing it, I knew it’d be delicious and it was, especially paired with some grilled salmon, sauteed spinach and an almond rice pilaf

Tastes-cognac, dark chocolate fudge generously lathered with espresso and vanilla, figs and raisins
Adjuncts-Madagascar vanilla beans and One Line Coffee’s Nicaragua La Isla espresso (for those coffee nerds on the board )
IBU-maybe 50 based on the style
ABV-10.8% (drank like 13-14%)
Overall impression-paired with a specialty cookie last pm, this was beyond fantastic; may I have a case, please?
Ymm, Beer rating-high cat 3; we need to have a Wolf’s Ridge vs Jackie O’s smackdown and enter a bottle or two of some Old Rugger and variants from Zaftig Brewing

Overall impression-old school, IIPA bitter but well balanced; was better on draught 7 years ago, relying on my nonrecency bias

Overall impression-what a fabulous way to end a birthday/Father’s Day weekend

Overall impression-quick crazietalk search reveals I’ve never had a whiteferrari but I searched and found that I’d taste driven a “cheap” imitation, aka an Orange Miata; the redferrari was terrific
Ymm, Beer rating-mid cat 3, easy; so incredibly juicy, still fresh, hint of bitter and so easy to sip; still not tired of the NEIPA/NEDIPA styles

That's great! They make consistently good beers and can't recall a bad one I've ever had from that brewery. Their Hatchet, a coffee porter, is excellent.
