My great aunt (who passed away at 93) said the same thing about bananas...she would not buy unripe banana's becasue she didn't plan that far ahead.

My mom, only 83, would make at least 2 more meals out of those leftovers! She currently has a refrigerator full of her leftovers from my visit last week. Hopefully, she's already eaten the stuff from earlier in the week... B-)

My brother used to call that "The fish are taking a nap."

I'm so sorry, Ymo.

I've come to grips with the fish, not sure what happened but well, they are gone now. Tanks is emptied and things are cleaned up. Not sure what I will do with it.

The cats are good, integration of the blind kitten continues to be a tough task but the fighting from a couple months ago is gone. Still a long way away from peace and harmony, but getting better.

I went to Jethro's "I'm running for Commonwealth's Attorney" press conference today. Was on local TV standing next to his mama and daddy. Figured I might as well.

PH(former)B has so far removed two small boxes and an ancient briefcase from his old office. Over/under on final removal is end of August.

Vibes for happiness and peace with the cats. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: Glad things have improved on that score.

I'm watching the Brewers and Nationals. Apparently the Reds game is blacked out here, for some unknown reason.

For those of you on FB that I have friended, I have a request. I shared a page called Everything Emma. She is a special needs dog and is in a contest. Could you please go vote for her? As a pet parent to two special needs pets, I am extremely sympathetic to their causes. I've learned so much from the ones I have and have had, definitely a greater appreciation for life.
