The good people of the Varnish Zone will be glad to know that I am in the process of putting away the noted criminal "Philly Cheesesteak" for a long, long time.
"Philly Cheesesteak" (that's what defendant calls his alter ego) went into one of the local convenience stores and tried to strongarm the clerk out of a pack of Newports.
What he didn't know is that the clerk has just a bit of street toughness (I have prosecuted every member of her immediate family; late husband, late son, other son, daughter.). Mr. Steak had to have 12 staples in his head when she got done with him.
Today he had 4 felonies certified and got 24 months on two misdemeanors.
Reading the file makes me hungry.

The name 'Philly Cheesesteak' does not exaclty strike fear in my heart. It strikes hnger in my stomach, but not fear in my heart...maybe a touch of heartburn if I have onions AND peppers. What kind of nut case uses 'philly cheesteak' as a nickname?

My thoughts as well. Good thing his case was early and not around lunchtime, and a pity there isn't a great place close to the courthouse for a Philly cheesesteak.OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Damn. I swear the nicknames of these guys are amazing. I prosecuted someone for accidentally shooting Shit Fly a few years ago. Now there is a guy who should have gone to the dump on the hump, except he didn't play ball.

That is why you are the Chancellor and we are not. That's probably not correct for some grammatical reason. Everytime we respond to one of DDs posts we dillute his post percentage. Perhaps we should let him talk to himself for a while and crackt he magic 10% mark.YmoBeThere wrote:That is why you are the Chancellor and we are not. Not true, Windsor. He responds to every post directed in his direction, sometimes more than once, so he raises his percentage closer to 50%!windsor wrote:Every time we respond to one of DDs posts we dilute his post percentage.
