I can make a case for them losing all six of those games and if that happens (highly unlikely) it will be lights out for the Tar Heels. * Clemson will not shoot as bad as they did in the Nose Dome.

I think 2-4 over the next six games is a realistic prediction for the Tar Heels. Then they play Wake Forest at home (a W) before finishing the season with five more games they are capable of losing:

Boston College
@ NCSU
Maryland
@ FSU
Duke

If they go 2-3 in those five games, they would finish the season at 18-12. Is that good enough? I ended up being long winded here but I believe Carolina is a young team with confidence and consistency issues and I will not be surprised see them falter down the stretch. A loss or two could start the snowball rolling downhill.

unc will beat NCSU at the dump. State will play most of the game with their hands around their throats, Sid can't coach and unc will shoot about 20 more FT than the Pack. Most of the rest of your analysis makes a whole lotta sense. I'd love to see their season go down the toilet with a 1-5 run over the next 3 weeks.

Not gonna happen. The *eacs are wretched this year. They may end up with a better record than d'oh last year but they are truly abominable.

No. They could actually pull it off before the embarassing loss to Wake if Sid can have them follow my prescription. ;)

It doesn't matter if it is a game day or not. With continued construction (year round).... the traffic is horrible!

And try and find parking on Franklin Street..... impossible. Makes it impossible to go to the post office, there. So why, try?

Dear Carolina...... Chapel Hill is so hilly. And I haven't seen the Chapel on the Hill? (Is that closer to the Eliz/John Edwards estate)? Reminds me of the mountains. Did someone forget to go over there, and harvest the rock and make it flat land?

I'M SO PUMPED FOR THE DUKE unc GAME!!! WHOOO!! And the NC State game...

I am currently in tent 31 (formerly tent 33 before we moved up two spots). Tenting hasn't been nearly as bad as I thought it would be - hopefully it's tougher next year. I'll probably regret that statement.

Anyways, if you're looking for me during the unc game I should be around the fifth or sixth row (hopefully). I'll try to text DukiePA with my location! I'll probably be painted blue and wearing a white jersey. I also ordered a white goalie (Jason) mask and I'm planning on making a fake chainsaw out of cardboard. During the game I'll have a sign that says "Fight me Roy!" I think it will be pretty good

PS I ate dinner in Chapel Hill tonight with some of my College Life (campus ministry related to YoungLife) friends. Some random person called me an asshole because I was wearing a Duke sweatshirt. I can't wait to get revenge next Wednesday!

Wow. I'm not surprised he left, but I would have thought he'd finish out the year. Things must have just gotten too bad for him in hole-land. From what I've heard about the posts on Inside Carolina, they've been brutal to him.

I hope this is a lesson for those of us in the prettier shade of blue; whenever we feel like strangling one of our guys, we need to remember he's just a kid and not spew our venom over a board where he might see it.
