Good Morning!!! Morning coffee. And then in a little bit, off to Blue Devil Club with Coach P, as the keynote speaker! Coach P is having a great year with the ladies, as they venture to the land of the U-Connvicts (lol) on Monday night. (I think it is on ESPN2).

Good morning.

My desktop computer started making a clicking noise yesterday. I'm hoping the fan has some dirt in it. Tomorrow or Sunday I'll open the case and clean out the dirt - it's a couple of years old and it's time. I'm glad I have everything backed up on Carbonite.com just in case I'm too late and it craps out before I get to it. And this morning there is a slight intermittent low hum I'm hearing - I hope it's not the hard drive making the noise and not the fan. Chris - what do you think, sight unseen? I think I'll shut down the computer when I leave in a few minutes for the day...

Clicking usually comes from a broken spindle on the drive.

The weather was beautiful, although a bit windy. I walked, and played 18 holes and the company was first rate. My leg didn't hurt from the walking, which is a big improvement over last fall, when last I played! Just don't ask me how I played.

And I was awakened last night by a phone call...twice, yet returned to slumbers and got up for keeps about 3am.

An old friend, recently widowed and moved away to Virginia Beach, that I haven't spoken to since about two months before his re-location, called around 10 and then again just after 11, and the second being after he was told I had gone to bed.

I know him well. I can pretty much guarantee he'd had a little too much libation. I'll return his call sometime this afternoon. Even drunk, I can't believe he'd call the second time.
