I haven't heard back from them and it's driving me nuts. I would still seriously consider the position if it's offered, but my heart is in Oncology. I'm also going to contact the PA at ECU's Radiation Oncology clinic and introduce myself. They're supposed to open a clinic in Jacksonville next year and that would be ideal for me. Maybe I could start in Greenville then switch to Jacksonville when it's up and running.OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Cool 8-) , and uncool at the same time . Good luck. Oh wow! I knew you'd land on your feet, girl! No doubt your smarts, personality and your compassion for folks comes through in your interviews. It's a lucky practice that gets to claim you as theirs.

I hope you have multiple offers coming your way very soon.
The CTN vibes certainly worked their magic. I didn't exactly get the job I interviewed for...they re-wrote the job descriptions just for me to suit what I really wanted to do. They handed me the team of people I wanted...and improved my cash flow a good bit too.
CTN Vibes are powerful indeed...clearly superior to kumquat vibes

Re: Crazie help for Ezmarellda
Yo Crazies!! Finally, an update My nose has been buried in books when not interviewing. I feel so decadent! Things are looking pretty good from here. I'm still in the running for the primary care job just off the island, but they don't want to bring anyone on board until September! Yay!! I interviewed for a temporary Medical Oncology position in Morehead City (home of our favorite watercolor artist ) and they don't want anyone until September!! This job has the potential to become permanent. I also interviewed for 3 positions at Camp Lejeune (40 minutes away) and loved it! It would be so fun to be back in a military environment as a professional. I'm not sure when that would start because the Federal Government moves at a glacial pace, yay!! I'm also still in the running for the Washington, NC Med Onc position.
Long story short: I have some great potential positions to choose from, the unemployment is finally coming in and we are comfortable financially with that. I get to continue being a BeachBumDukie for the summer and relax! I've been riding my bike at least 4 miles a day and just enjoying living here in paradise. Ahhhh, life is very, very good 8-) . Getting together with my Biker Bitches tonight for shrimp and belinis, ymmmm
