A beef roast from Costco. Leftover rice. Salad with ginger dressing. Turnip greens. Guardian Peak red wine to wash it down. Hopefully the whiny ones will lose for my dessert. :9f:

Red Beans and Rice, from scratch.

They didn't have ham hocks at the grocery store but they did have a bunch of smoked turkey wings. So far so good. I think we'll be finished just before tip off!

Leftover pizza from the freezer and a salad. And I had an eggnog latte at the Starbucks located inside Harris Teeter while I grocery shopped. :9f:

My mom took me to Coldstone Creamery tonight, so I had a Cookie Doughn't You Want Some. (730 calories) Oh my goodness, here come the pounds again!

Fortunately, I only had a cup of Progresso Santa Fe soup for lunch.

Homemade pizza (ham). I made the dough with my new mixer. :happy-bouncyblue:

Good thing it turned out well - I've got enough leftovers for 5 more meals.
