Yup...amazing what one can do when one cleans out crap one won't ever eat.DukePA wrote:I'll be there around 10-ish. Did you squeeze that side of beef into your fridge??CameronBornAndBred wrote:There is now half a cow in my fridge.
See the menu thread for explanation. 40 lbs o'beef...this should be good. Gonna have an early sampling of the Dead Ant today, it should be fully ready by Wednesday and even better on game day. I'm assuming we'll be in the lot at 7am.

Those with GA tix should plan on being in the stadium at least 60 mins before kick off, if not earlier.

Good point. Or at least send a couple of folks in their group in at that time to secure seats and then rotate return visits to the CTN tent for continued food and beverage.TillyGalore wrote:Those with GA tix should plan on being in the stadium at least 60 mins before kick off, if not earlier.

Kick-off is at 330 PM. TNTDevil or CB&B should be able to pick you up about 6AM ;) . Be sure to let them know where you are staying.DukieInKansas wrote:I'm trusting y'all to let me know when I should be where on Saturday.

We have the stadium seats which can be unfolded/unbuckled and take up 2 spots each. Plus cushions that will take up another 2 spots. We'll have to have a plot.TillyGalore wrote:I'm not volunteering myself for that again, as I got fussed at 2x for saving seats.devildeac wrote:Good point. Well, folks, it appears that what I feared has come to pass. I'm officially out for the Alabama game. My boss just gave me stuff to do at the end of this week/beginning of next week. This is stuff that I didn't know I was going to have to do. The target keeps moving. There's a ticket available for someone - Ozzie has it.

That really does suck. We were all looking forward to meeting you. When we resell the ticket, I'll send you a refund. Do you think you can make it for another game this season? We have tickets for all of them.ArkieDukie wrote:Well, folks, it appears that what I feared has come to pass. I'm officially out for the Alabama game. Thanks all! Shin kicks welcome and appreciated, DukePA. Last month I asked the boss about my vacation (I was supposed to leave TODAY) and he said it wouldn't be a problem. Then my departure got pushed back to the end of the week due to this big grant that came up a couple of weeks ago. He even said we should have all the data we need by Wednesday. He decided over the weekend that we needed additional data for the grant, and I'm the only one in the lab that can do the work. It involves a type of experiment we have never done in our lab. Not only did I have to completely cancel my vacation, which I had been planning since last spring, but I'm probably going to have to work next weekend. To say that I am angry is an understatement.
