Oh yeah... 1280 mg of fish oil (burpless).
It may be burpless. I hope a similar principle appplies to the other end of its journey, too. =)) =))
TMI.

I don't want to know. I don't want to know.

Rotisserie chicken, a whole wheat Arnold Select bread thin, and half a package of Green Giant Garden Vegetable Medley, which appears to be composed mostly of potatoes. Purple Gatorade G2.

For dinner entertainment, I'm listening to the tarhole press conference. It would seem that the lesser state school that will get probation is getting larger. I would have guessed originally Campbell; now I'm thinking Western Carolina. If it keeps up, it will be a bad time to be an ECU Pirate.

My dinner was a Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer - Chicken Pesto Classico. It was pretty darn good. Dessert was a Granny Smith apple with peanut butter.

Sirloin on the grill in some sort of Bruce-made marinade. Green Giant microwave veggies. Salad. Trader Jack's beer bread (from our last trip to Cheater Heaven, I mean the dump on the hump) made with Sam Adams coastal wheat. Ernie Els Guardian Peak Frontier red wine (merlot-cab-something), a full bottle. Good thing we're at home.... :D
