Way to go Ozzie!!!OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Thanks and yup, definitely no pressure today. Played some better, only one triple bogey today. But I "bladed" two wedge shots today one 1 and 3 (instead of hitting a nice soft, high shot of about 40 yards onto the greens, I hit the middle of the ball with the leading edge of the club, sending the ball way long on a line drive trajectory. The one on 1 didn't really hurt me, but on three I went OB (out of bounds) and had to drop another ball and attempt the same shot again, which I did successfully. With the penalty "shot" for going OB, I was on in 4 instead of 2.lawgrad91 wrote:Good luck, Ozzie. No pressure today, so go out and have fun!OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Good morning.Tourney day two, here I come.
Anyway, I shot an 89, had lunch and went swimming. Now I'm watching the Yankees and Rays on TBS!

The chimney sweep is here this morning to clean out my chimney. I had a tremendous nest full of birds in my flue. It had gotten to the point that I couldn't sit in my living room to watch TV or talk on the phone because the birds were so squawky and loud.

I settled a case this afternoon!
I was very nervous about this case because my former law firm represented the other side. I'm very happy because they went from total denial of the claim to paying a substantial sum to my client.

Re: LTE 2.0
Day 8 of my new gym regimen. Three minutes of walking, one minute of running, for forty minutes, then a five-minute cooldown.
It may not sound like much, but I haven't run any (except between bases) since high school. I went 3.28 miles today (up from 3.17 on Friday).
The plan is to lose 40 pounds before my 20 year law school reunion next year. I figure if I try for 40 pounds, and don't quite make it, I'll still be in really good shape.
Maybe I should try the Madagascar diet with Lavabe!
