Did anyone catch Turkey vs. USA? It was a good match. We were seriously outplayed in the midfield during the first, but America regrouped and I felt like they dominated a pretty athletic Turkey squad. See ya in South Africa!

Kelly and I are going to see Greg Laswell tonight at the Evening Muse. Then we're gonna head over to Amelie's, a quaint little French bakery that's open 24/7, and pick up some yummy treats and maybe a nice loaf for tomorrow.

The other night we grilled up some top round and made creamed potatoes with marscapone. Tomorrow I'm making potato pancakes for breakfast, eggs over easy and maybe some pancetta. I like weekends.

This thread numbers have taken a beating from the "Official Morning Thread". Kind of sad.

Have you done the research to backup this claim? If anything, this thread has prospered since the "Official Good Morning Thread". There was a massive flurry of posts, more posts per day than in recent weeks, when the "Official Good Morning Thread" was started. Ironically, without the "Official Good Morning Thread" you might not have posted this assumption, which ended up helping LTE 2.0.

There are also a number of posters who take the opportunity to post a "Good Morning" here and in the Official Thread. That means we're not only increasing the thread count in LTE 2.0 but we've added an additional 100+ posts to the site. If anything, sharing my hypothesis:
1. Helped LTE 2.0 increase the posts per day average
2. Helped Our House increase the post per day average
3. Gave an opportunity for many of us to PW, like we really needed one.

Y'all can thank me later. ;)

The lady in question is probably a terp fan, and what with the Alzheimer's and all, your friend was probably telling her anew every day about how badly Maryland flamed out at the end of the season, and how Duke won the championship. Am backing up the files on my laptop before I run the restore disk (isn't it ironic that the "restore" disk basically unrestores almost everything?). My USB ports, all three of them, have quit, and I've tried every suggested fix except the restore disk.

Which means I'm using Mr. Lawgrad's laptop, and I don't want to log him out of Facebook or Yahoo or anything else (I'm sure he's forgotten his passwords). Since I'm limited it what I can use on his computer it's time for me to PW awhile!

Very Cool! She visited me about 3 weeks ago! She was very nice and wanted to buy my clunker I never cashed in, but that didn't work out so I donated to it a worthy cause recommended to me by a VERY good friend, the kidney foundation! Worked out great! ;)
