This post is in protest of the "new" thread! B-)
One subtle benefit to Miles with this new thread (and the 2nd new thread that he links to) is that he is now an Assistant Professor of PWing. Basically, he crossed the MIles-stone in a unique way... by the way, where is the Milestones thread?

However, I tend to agree with the paradigm of optimism on this one. Bjornolf's daily Good Morning doesn't inhibit our posting.

As for not posting that much, I think I'll be posting less frequently in just a matter of days, and it has NOTHING to do with bjornolf's Good Morning posts. ;)

Here are ten more reasonable explanations for the lack of posting on LTE 2.0:
10) It's no longer basketball season;
9) Tired of the John Wall thread;
8) Rhymes with Dumbo (we can blame him for everything if we want to, right?);
7) Violence in Bangkok, or maybe even the oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico;
6) Responding to new Earljam threads each day;
5) It's not the heat, it's the humidity;
4) No public policy board (just kidding);
3) The Braves are winning;
2) Damn mosquitoes;
1) Awaiting a post from Billybreen.
Let me agree that this has nothing to do with "bjornolf" He is not the only one that contributes "Good Mornings" to the LTE 2.0. I did not single him out and certainly did not intend to do so.
Regarding your points…
10. What does basketball have to do with LTE 2.0?
9. Who is Jonn Wall? :-)
8. Can't argue with that.
7. Too soon, too soon.
6. Amen!
5. 75º and gorgeous in Charlotte today.
4. WOO HOO!
3. It's May, be patient.
2. Ugh.
1. Damn skippy we are!

I would love to post this as my FB status:

Note to clients: Do not call me in the morning crying because you got an eviction notice because you don't have any money, and THEN immediately post a picture of your shirtless tattooed son holding ten Ben Franklins, a pack of Marlboros and a BudLite on FB with the caption, "Hahahaha."

There are some clients I wish I didn't have to babysit and follow around, but I need to know what they're putting out there on the internet, so I must read their FB postings and ramblings.

Can I tell you how much I hate taking telephone calls at the office on a Friday afternoon? I've had way too many desperate child custody calls today. Those calls tend to increase right before the weekend and before major holidays. I now know why so many attorneys in this town close up shop at 12 noon on Fridays. BTW, my fees are higher on Fridays.

Have a great trip, Miles!

I'm headed to Salt Lake City for a conference. I leave early in the morning and return on Wednesday. Here's my big dilemma: how safe would I be walking to the train station at 5:30 a.m.?

That's OK. You can post it here, in the official thread or in the analysis of the good morning thread. Heck you can post a good morning anywhere on this board. I have ;) :D :ymblushing: .
