But I can't really think of a good tie-in with the number 60,000.

Off to my yearly golf outing. Once a year, the church near my house has a golf tournament benefit for a local youth center, and I take the lefty clubs out of storage and play in a foursome with three other ladies. Wearing the "Duke Law" shirt and the "Duke for Life" spirit band for luck.

I didn't think he was, but still thought the reference was funny.

I'm assuming you also wear Duke coloured golf shorts and Duke socks? Do you play with Duke logo golf balls? Do you have a Duke golf bag? If not you are slacking my Dear!

Hope your golf outing was fun and successful!

I have Duke head covers on my woods. I'm thinking I may need to get some new ones when they come out with a National Championship version! I always wear a Duke ball cap when I play. If you, Colchar, or anyone else, would like to give me a Duke golf bag, I'll be happy to play with it, too! ;)

I won't buy you one but you can get various ones here (the cart bag is particularly nice...then again, I've always preferred cart or staff bags myself):

Nike has one here:

Here's another:
