Final practices were on Speed in HD, but I didn't watch.

I'm thinking that Bones is a Said-head. :ymapplause:
Not sure what a "said-head" is, but I was picking my picks last night and then got interrupted by MS updates and reboot. X( I knew I had until today, but didn't remember that it was only until 5:00am this morning #-o . I was snoozing & dreaming of wonderful things at that time this morning. I will definitely be in the next picks now that I know what to do, Lavabe - again many thanks for the call and walking me through everything. ^:)^ ^:)^

You don't want to be two races behind as that will be a very difficult deficit to make up. You should still be able to make picks for the race, you just won't get any qualifying points for the drivers you choose.
I hear ya, spent a good part of the afternoon going thru the rules to figure out if I could still make some picks, but they clearly say you have to submit your picks prior to 2am PST the day of qualification. Otherwise, I am up :poo: creek without a paddle! :-(

Tough track.

On the Danica/Nationwide front, Danica finished 31st, having suffered TWO pit lane speeding violations (LOTS of speeding violations yesterday). JFL should have won, but was too inexperienced to deal with bumps from Biff and Kez. Blech winds up winning. JFL was pissed.

Blech needs to wear the kitten suit.

Who is going to start a rivalry with Danica first, JFL or blech. My vote is with blech. She will do something that will piss blech off and that will be the beginning of a long rivalry.

Will someone explain how Hothead Kyle Busch races for mild-mannered, avuncular Joe Gibbs?

Joe recognizes talent...and talent trums personality in this situation. In many others, it doesn't.

I believe Tilly killed the competition this week as JJ wins, Harvick takes 2nd, and Burton takes 3rd.

Surprisingly good races from Scott Speed.

Kenseth did well enough, as did MM, Vickers, and Bowyer.

Jr reverted to 2009 form.

I think YMO won with Tilly second and myself in third.

I think it was the D team driver(Speed) that really did it for me. God golly Miss Molly, I'm #514 overall.

The good news is that I was able to bring little Miss Eva home. They had to drain fluid out of her chest. The prognosis is guarded at best but for the moment I have a happy little kitten(minus some fur).

34 races to go. That lead could disappear in a single one...

That's assuming that we pick Dinger the one time this year that he finishes in the top 5. ;)
