I think that was the 5th time we tried this. It's hopeless.

I've been watching it too. I don't normally get sucked into crap like this (for instance, I've never watched 'The Hills'), but I can't tear my eyes away. As a matter of fact, I'm watching the reunion show right now.

And Virginia officials will be quick to point out that they aren't a state, but a commonwealth, whatever the hell difference that really makes.

Good Morning, all! ~O)

And yes, it WAS the Mayans who predicted the end of the world in 2012. Although, technically, their calendar just ends then. They don't really have any apocalyptic predictions that I know. They just got tired of updating their calendars for 1000+ years into the future, then the Aztecs demolished them. So lazy. ;)

Lavabe wrote:Why is Arkansas pronounced AR-KIN-SAW and not AR-KAN-SUS?
Arkansas is derived from a Native American (Osage?) phrase which means "down river people." Can't remember the exact spelling of said phrase, but it's closer to AR-KIN-SAW than AR-KAN-SUS. (Thank you, 5th grade Arkansas history class!)

Good Morning, all! ~O)

I was up 'til 2:00 am last night watching Inglourious Basterds with my buddy in his theater. Hence, I slept in.
