Just asking.

Thanks.

I can help you narrow this down. Prostitution is illegal in North Carolina.

There are some counties in Nevada where it's legal. Outside of Las Vegas. Look up the Bunny Ranch. There was a documentary show about that particular "house of ill repute" on HBO.

I don't know man, nobody seems to care when athletes and celebrities whore themselves out to corporate sponsors, so my guess is Yes.

That's what I was gonna say. That's the odd thing. It's LEGAL in some places in Nevada, but NOT in Vegas. That it's illegal in "Sin City", the place that does regular TV commercials about what's happening there staying there, is rather ironic, I think. I read somewhere that it's illegal to have sex there WITHOUT a condom. Seems like a problem for their population size to me. ;)

The same way most states enforce their "sodomy" laws?

Investigate anyone who shows up pregnant to an OBGYN's office or Planned Parenthood? I'm joking, of course.

I doubt there is a law that states it's illegal to have sex without a condom. I can buy into that there is law, somewhere in Nevada most likely, that states it is illegal to have sex with a prostitute without a condom.

There aren't many state laws left on sodomy. Sodomy was never clearly defined in the first place but it's my understanding that sodomy was any sexual act not intended for procreation. Therefore, sex with a condom could've been interpreted as sodomy. Pretty awesome huh?
