Engagement Photos

Post by colchar » December 10th, 2009, 1:04 am

As some of you may remember, back in the spring I posted that my younger brother and soon to be sister-in-law had entered a contest with a local photographer (my brother's fiance, Jen, is a professional photographer herself and love's the work done at this studio). The contest asked couples to come up with a theme for their engagement photos and the couple/theme that got the most online votes would win their engagement photos free. Well thanks to people here, many of my other friends, and basically everyone we know Gavin and Jen won the contest. Their pictures were taken recently and have just been posted on the photo studio's website.

Since so many people here were kind enough to help out by voting, I thought it only right that I post the link to their photos. I should point out that, if they look a little solemn in their photos, they were supposed to as they took their theme from the show Mad Men.

Here is it:

Cool. Congrats to them on the win. The pictures look really nice. Impressive ink on the SIL. Is there any significance to them?

No Idea. I'm not a fan of tattoos at all so I've just never asked her about them.
