So glad you are okay. As soon as you feel like it, let us know what on Earth happened. In the meantime we all send hugs and warm fuzzies to settle you down after this frighteningly close call.
Love, Ima
thanks IMA! I am grateful also! the ambulance guy said, who is the driver of that car, I raise my hand! He said, "are you okay?", ... I responded I think so.. but, he said with a smirk "do ya want to go to the hospital?"... I am not one for dramatics....... but, with the insistance of Cathy, I will get checked out... I don't know why my right chest muscle is hurting when everything happened on the left driver side! :-s ;) :D
We're all very glad you are alive. Are you joining us for Brunchgate this weekend?
Oz, I will be there this weekend! Wasn't sure at first, but premature on my part, but I was able to having STAYING POWER! ;)

Joe, thank you so much for going over to check on my poor sweet baby this evening. 8-x loved the meal you brought, and he was energized by your visit. I am grateful to you for your very thoughtful gesture of friendship. :Heartthrob:

Chris,

Glad to hear from you. Pain may be seat belt related - watch for some bruising to occur. I hope you have restful sleep.

Good luck with the car shopping. Pricing site that I found helpful: http://truecar.com/index.html
It gives you the various dealer prices and the best price people are paying in your zip code for the car. It made me feel good accepting the price the dealer gave on my car.

Healing vibes heading your way. I better pass on the massage - Cathy scares me. ;)

OMG, 8-x , just getting to the boards tonight, so I'm relieved to read through this thread and see that you're doing okay, but man, how very scary!!! Vibes to you that residual aches & pains are minor.

Where were you on 495?

Wow. I'm so glad you walked away. Your guardian angel was on duty! Sending vibes for a no-muss, no-fuss "recovery" (meaning no new anything showing up in the next few days)! I have a friend who buys cars at auction and saved us a ton on our last 2 vehicles. Let me know if you want me to hook you up.

8-x is a VERY dedicated PWer. Did you really think he'd skip the opportunity to get in all those personal responses? ;) I'm sure he didn't get in the accident on purpose :twitch:, but he's certainly not gonna waste a second taking advantage of the silver lining. :D
