Last weekend Coach K and the Duke basketball team made a dream come true for a basketball player from Bangor, PA. Matt was diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease last spring. When asked about having a dream fulfilled, he initially declined and then decided to ask for something for his basketball team - a chance to meet Coach K. (This is the school where my nephew Alex graduated, nephew Sam attends, and niece Elizabeth will attend.)
Thank you, Coack K and team for participating in Matt's dream.

Indeed. Go Duke.
All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost; the old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost.

I'm proud to cheer for a team that supports causes firsthand like this. It's one thing to "support" something, but it's another to physically participate in the "support".
