near as I can figure it is a two pronged attack...reach 13000 (since I screwed up the grand plan for 12000) AND surpass LTE1.0 over yonder...which is currently at 13,163

My work schedule is a little less flexible today - hard to PW while I'm in a meeting (even with the crackberry)
