Gin
Dry Vermouth (optional)
olives

End of story
I have a recipe for martini chicken. I marinate the chicken in the above ingredients (sans gin). Sometimes I add pearl onions. Bake at 350. YUM!

Well, the alcohol burns off, and I didn't want to waste Tanqueray marinating a chicken, so I've never tried it.
