Re: Brunchgate 10/24 Edition: Planning and Attendance
Last night, I made a batch of sugar cookies and used Halloween themed cookie cutters. While the cookies are okay, there is no way I can make enough between now and Saturday morning (partly because I'm afraid Wilson will eat them all before we leave for brunchgate ;) ;) ).
So, I think I'm going to make rice crispy treats. Okay?

Will you be adding M&Ms and/or chocolate chips to one of the pans? ;)TillyGalore wrote:Last night, I made a batch of sugar cookies and used Halloween themed cookie cutters. CB&B, TNT, what time are ya'll planning on getting there? I'm asking as I want to run my stuff up as early as I can before access to Towerview is cut off.

DukePA and I will be there at 8am also. Loaded with mimosas, beer, burgers, cooking implements and high expectations.TillyGalore wrote:CB&B, TNT, what time are ya'll planning on getting there? I'm asking as I want to run my stuff up as early as I can before access to Towerview is cut off.

I will try to bring piggies in a blanket instead of Mimosa's. We wouldn't want two or more folks to duplicate efforts on this fine affair for Saturday now would we?TNTDevil wrote:Update @11:30pm, 20-Oct. 2009
Two groups have offered a duplicate item- Mimosas.

I was going to bring Aqua Fresca's, but not sure now if that is a way to go with so many spirits already showing up.

SweetiePie called from the marina tonight, one of the fisherman gave us a bunch of bluefish today. So I'll be bringing a bunch of bluefish with me to grill. Blues are tasty, but don't keep well long, so we'd have to eat them by this weekend anyways.

Just like company, right? After three days, they're ready to be tossed out... :roll:CameronBornAndBred wrote:SweetiePie called from the marina tonight, one of the fisherman gave us a bunch of bluefish today. Seriously, I haven't had "blues" since I was a kid and I remember them being quite tasty. I'll certainly help you eat them.
