Holy moly...Flarduh just lost their fourth fumble on the day. Pressure mounting on the Knobby Reptiles.

Wow Maryland sucks. Next week will either be a blowout by us, or win by them because we play down to them. What an awesome thought to have about the football team.

Have you been following the battle of the Techs? Va Tech has played well and risen in the national polls each week since Duke played them, but tonight..... Ga Tech just scored again.

One more thing, the standings in our division were posted on TV a bit earlier..... Duke is above Carolina!

Yup...a good reason we need to win this weekend, to ensure we stay ahead!

Check out the digs surrounding the South Carolina - Alabama game in Tuscaloosa. We expect to see buildings or other things to be named for "Bear" Bryant, but it's noteworthy how many things there are named for Wallace Wade.

Ted Roof is getting lots of air time as DC for Auburn tonight. He is totally grey now.

He seems to be doing well at Auburn. He had success at Minnesota, but I think this is a better fit for him.

Flarduh will still win this game by two touchdowns.
Wrong! The gators won by a referee-assisted field goal with 9 seconds remaining. X(

You can't really be mad about that one...neither team deserved to win. Though compelling in its competitiveness, it was not a particularly well-played game.

Those games will be a GREAT measuring stick for Duke. Can we take advantage of UVA and MD being down? If we have that killer instinct and take them out, we'll be in great position to have a shot at bowl eligibility. If we CAN'T beat them both, it'll show that there's still work to do. Yes, Duke is much better and improving every week, but a great test will be to see if we can win these two games that we SHOULD have a good chance of winning. If you can't beat the teams you SHOULD have a shot against, it doesn't matter if you play well against the teams you shouldn't beat.

Yeah, well, Dan Snyder called to see if I wanted to be the next coach of the Redskins. I told him I didn't want the ulcer. ;)

unc vs FSU...I'll be in the chat room pulling for a 'Noles over the holes victory. GTHC!
I'll also be watching unc closely..we have them in 2 weeks and I'm stoked for that game. I bet a bunch of our guys will be watching closely tonight, too.

Wouldn't it be lovely if they couldn't score at home?

Hear that bell ringing after the boys in blue scored a touchdown? It was stolen from Duke a few years ago.
