Without getting too political about it, the fact that preorders for Sarah Palin's book Going Rogue are through the roof saddens me.

No worries. They're all "bulk" sales destined for conservative organizations who will try to give them away to "true believers".

Given that trying to read her word salad gives most readers a headache, my guess is that there won't be many takers.

However, the audio book narrated by William Shatner... will be huge!

I'm sort of tempted to read it, but I may be too smart.

If the republicans want to tout a smart republican woman, the are so many other women in the gop who are so much smarter than sarah.

There are women in the ground who are smarter than Sarah Palin.

No drawing and quartering necessary...Palin was well I can't say anything really polite put forth by the Republicans. And while others will debate her longevity IMHO her 15 minutes is nearly used up.

Quitting her job as governor should put the nail in her coffin for future office. Who just up and quits their job as governor two years in because they're a "lame duck?"

Note I said should. I have no doubt segments of our society will still rally behind her trying to get into a higher office.

Maybe we should switch to a non confrontational topic...like baseball :)) :)) :))

Sarah makes me cringe whenever she opens her mouth. My hope is that she continues to 'go rogue' and without her RNC 'handlers' her stupidity will shine through.

I am psyched about it, although I do agree about the previous comment that her quitting the Governorship two years out is pretty much guaranteeing her political career over, if short term (next couple of years).

Someone should read the book and give the rest of us a synopsis - that way we can all have a good laugh with only one of us having to suffer. Anyone feel like taking one for the team?!?!?!?

Of course not. I was just having fun with the 'Name That Tune' allusion.
