More from Justin Young:

I like #'s 1 and 2
1. Kyrie Irving will announce very soon (if he hasn’t already) that he will be a Duke Blue Devil. In fact, I’ve had several people tell me that he committed to Coach K during his visit to the ACC.

DBR has a report from his coach saying he'll do his Texas A&M visit 10/9 and then take the others one at a time.

Here's the article that came from:
http://www.zagsblog.com/2009/09/29/rosc ... officials/

Also has Roscoe Smith's OV schedule - he'll be visiting on 10/9. I'm not concerned (anxious maybe) - as one of Kyrie's twitter followers I've noticed a HUGE drop off in the number of tweets he has made. Prior to the visit to Duke he was sending out 2-3 per day. Since last Friday he's sent 3. Might mean nothing, might mean he's making sure we notice when he does send it out. Or he broke his phone. Count me as one of those that thinks the media 'insiders' broke the story early and stole his thunder. Thus he is waiting for it to die down some so he can announce on twitter or he is waiting for the 'Kyrie's not going to Duke rumors' so he can make a splash.

I also happen to follow JWill (who will be outside Cameron at 5 today signing autographs if anyone can get out of work early....). There was a tweet from him to someone yesterday:
@grahamzlaw Kyrie Irving is the truth. Duke has to get Harrison Barnes next and then Austin Rivers.
Which makes it look pretty good for us.

Watched his ustream chat tonight. He said he is still planning on going to TAM and to uk's midnight madness. Also said he loved his visit to Duke - loved everything about it, enjoyed hanging out with the guys but that he wanted to see other schools since this was his first visit. Nolan called him during the chat - he took the call and tried to be discreet but then just told Nolan he'd call him back. That was pretty amusing. At the end he mentioned his buddy (with him)would be going on the visit to big blue midnight madness and his buddy said something to the tune of 'yeah we'll be at Duke's midnight madness'. Kyrie corrected him and he tried to play it off. He tweeted later:
Jerry made a mistake we are still going to uk for big blue madness
Sounds like he's having another next week - and then again after each visit he takes.
