Lunch: Seafood platter at Parker's BBQ--shrimp, oysters, Brunswick Stew, slaw, french fries, sweet tea
Dinner: pimento cheese on toast and a Corona

dinner: blackened salmon salad with shredded parmesan cheese and a fiery red peppercorn dressing
dessert: about 4-5 blondies with white chocolate chips, drizzled with caramel and smothered with vanilla ice cream and an insane amount of whipped cream

Breakfast: As soon as I got up.. a large cup of fine dark roast coffee followed in due time by mixed cereals topped with blueberries and skim milk
Snack during break from mowing and weeding: cup of Greek yogurt with blueberries
Late lunch: couple of pieces of Palermo Pepperoni pizza, glass of skim milk
Supper: chicken pot pie, corn on the cob (locally grown) mixed salad with a little blue cheese dressing, glass of Cavit Pinot Grigio
Snack during break from mowing and weeding: cup of Greek yogurt with blueberries
Late lunch: couple of pieces of Palermo Pepperoni pizza, glass of skim milk
