What I want for Christmas is a Dreamflyer Flight Simulator with gimbal inner-frame that responds to the actions of a control stick in real-time. I think everybody should have Dreamflyer. They are very good for Christmas. I don't think a football is a very good Christmas present.

I saw a video last year of a guy (hopefully this guy, because he had his idea stolen if not) building a prototype for this. If I had the room, I'd want one too. Pretty cool.

I've always wanted to get good at a flight simulator. I'm sure if I got this for Christmas that dream would come true.

I also want a Berkel 825E Food Slicer.

This bad mamba jamba will slice meat, cheese and veggies. After I got that, I'd build a smoke-house and start smoking my own meats. Mmmm ham, turkey, chicken.
