Absolutely agree! K68 you were wonderful for doing that and fighting with that bush! I hope your car is okay! Thanks all! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a WIN!...and me being able to consume adult beverages.TillyGalore wrote:Agreed as well. What a wonderful day. So nice to meet Ima,little Ima & the old professor. And then, we got to met Mojo. What a treat. Thank you Tilley * K68 for all you did. Loved the dips (especially the crab) and the chili & cornbread. And love your house. Only 1 thing not so nice, no win. Oh well....
Sorry we will miss the next game. I'll be thinking of all of you next Sat.
Don't forget, I gave our tickets (4 of them) to Chris in case anyone needs them.

Re: Football party at Tilly's
I'm still bumming that I missed everyone. I am feeling much better, but Stevo isn't. He actually went to a doctor's office today (for the first time in 5 years). His cough is nasty so they put him on some cough syrup with hydrocodone. I listened to his lungs and they're clear at least. Anyway, this wasn't the time to leave him to his own devices.
Sounds like an awesome party!!! Tilly will just have to make me a party of my own one day soon!! I will be there for the rest of the Brunchgates!! GTHC!! Capt Mojo, you must come back and try one of my mimosas!!

Of course his lungs are clear. You said in one of your earlier posts that he had coughed them up.DukePA wrote:I'm still bumming that I missed everyone. I am feeling much better, but Stevo isn't. Re: Football party at Tilly's
Just got home from the State game - we left after the third quarter as State went up 45 - 7. Nice to see an offense execute...
Thanks to Tilly and K68 for hosting, and to everyone else who brought food and beverage for us to enjoy. A great time was had by all. I was sort of expecting to see a couple of pictures (K68 and Cathy both took some) posted by now.
Mojo - a pleasure to meet you sir!
Ima, glad I finally got to me Ima the younger and to see the ol' professor again. Thanks for the new buttons!
I left my GTHC slap koozie there. Last I saw it, Christian was playing with it outside. Would like to get it back at the Brunchgate next week if anyone found it. Thanks!

I'm having deja vu from my oyster roast. Didn't you lose a koozie here too? Glad you had fun at the State game!OZZIE4DUKE wrote:Just got home from the State game - we left after the third quarter as State went up 45 - 7. Nice to see an offense execute...

Sorry I missed the party. My pictures from today are up on Facebook. Tilly, the Devil was flirting with all the women. You will need to have a discussion with him when he gets back to Durham.

Re: Football party at Tilly's
I remember something about that, but I think I found it before I left. Today, I took it off my empty beer and since I wasn't having another, I just put it on the chair arm where I was sitting. When I got up and then came back, Christian was playing with it - that's fine, no harm, I didn't say anything, and slapping a slap koozie is fun! I just forgot to pick it back up before leaving.DukePA wrote:I'm having deja vu from my oyster roast. Didn't you lose a koozie here too? Glad you had fun at the State game!OZZIE4DUKE wrote:

Re: Football party at Tilly's
The last time I saw the koozie, I stuffed it in the chair cup holder with the tv remote. That might have been after Christian had it. I know it's the last place I saw it.
