Oh, BTW, breakfast: pineapple OJ, leftover blackberries, red and white (or golden as I'm now told) raspberries and a handful of Multi-Bran Chex pieces and crumbs. No milk. Didn't want to spoil the taste of the berries. Or the cereal. :roll:devildeac wrote:There's another couple we dance with regularly and the guy keeps trying to get us to take a Zumba class with him. The class really was fun - but since my motto is that anything worth doing is worth overdoing - I probably pushed it a little too hard.devildeac wrote:There's another couple we dance with regularly and the guy keeps trying to get us to take a Zumba class with him. I was a dancer back in the day - I forget that it has been a lot of years since I did that stuff!

Thanks, Cathy. It's not so bad. Am taking a great painkiller at the moment, so I'm upbeat and talkative (more than usual)!!! I don't plan on making an important decisions today......CathyCA wrote:I hope you feel better soon.Devil in the Blue Dress wrote:Breakfast at 0 dark 30*: mixed cereal with blueberries, skim milk, big cup of dark roast coffee

Right on wilson, doing his part for the economy. Why send money to Kellog's when you can send money to General Mills too! I am down for the double bowl of cereal.wilson wrote:Lunch: 2 bowls of cereal: one Frosted Mini-Wheats, one Lucky Charms

Lunch was an excellent sandwich of roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese and russian dressing on cuban bread - pressed of course - with several iced teas to go along with it. Yum.

And a girl is cooking me dinner. Plus, I've read 516 pages and written 500 words already today. I'm kind of in the zone.Miles wrote:Right on wilson, doing his part for the economy. Why, yes I did! (This year I've had a series of "procedures" requiring the use of prescription painkillers afterward. The package next to the Vicodin is our old friend Colace.)devildeac wrote: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are ALWAYS important decisions.
