ick the only one of those I can eat is jerky. Love me some jerky!knights68 wrote:Now now, don't be hatin'DukeUsul wrote:Fish shouldn't be eaten from a can.
If chicken can come in a can, as well as tuna, salmon and other seafood, and beef can be bought in jerky form from a plastic pouch, then tuna shall cometh in a can!

Won't have the facilities on site to prepare anything with a white sauce. You're welcome to drop in anyway!CameronBornAndBred wrote:You cook it at your tent, and we'll try it out.Devil in the Blue Dress wrote: At first I thought this sounded like an odd combination..... but then I considered substituting tuna for clams. A combination of grilled tuna and medium or wide fettuccine... spinach fettuccine perhaps... might be good with a white sauce such as a Parmesan or Asiago Veccho sauce. What do you think?

Ahhhh... that's why I suggested Parmigiano Reggiano or Asiago Veccho for the sauce!weezie wrote:EJ, you're a chef and you don't even know it.

Re: Tuna and Spaghetti Together
This would be the dish my Mom would call Sunderland Drive Supreme, Dunwoody North Delight, etc. depending on where we lived at the time. Basic tuna casserole - spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup sauce, and canned tuna for dinner. She would change the name and think we would consider it a new recipe.
