Last night was pretty healthy with shrimp, crab cakes and all the veggies and salad.

Cherry diet Dr. Pepper. We bought it at Food Lion or Target, IIRC.

My goodness, sounds really good! Sooo, you've been holding out, I failed to read that dinner treat! Any yummy brews to wash down or was it a wine night (french style)?

Supper: grilled chicken and apple sausage (Aidells... same brand Lucky 32 has used for some entrees), baby green peas, mixed salad with homegrown tomatoes drizzled with Greek vinaigrette, small glass of Cavit Pinot Grigio (another leftover from the tailgate party)

I had corn on the cob with my dinner. Too much silk stuck in my teeth. I know, I know, TMI!

Dinner: flat iron steak turned out great. Did a southwest-style homemade rub on it, grilled to medium, sliced thin across the grain. Yum! Grilled potatoes and onions, steamed broccoli with a small dab of butter, corn on the cob smothered in butter. Yuengling lager.

Did you massage it after letting the steak come to room temperature?
