Re: What's for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner?
Compared to yesterday, today's menus are so so.
breakfast: mixed cereal with sliced banana and skim milk
lunch: two slices of pepperoni pizza reheated and a large salad of mixed veggies with a bit of Greek dressing drizzled over, skim milk
snack: strawberry Greek yogurt and a crisp Jazz apple
supper: chicken noodle soup and sharp cheddar pimento cheese sandwich toasted, skim milk.

Eating breakfast and posting. That's probably not on the recommended list.

I gave some of the yogurt to Kelly. Grant looked at it, sniffed it, and walked away. Some days he's eager to eat it, some days he isn't. Kelly will eat it anytime it's offered. She also likes shrimp tails. They will both eat certain types of lettuce.

That combination is OK. Posting and driving, however, is NOT recommended... :roll:YmoBeThere wrote:Eating breakfast and posting. That's probably not on the recommended list.

Re: What's for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner?
Lunch: Spring mix of seasonal mixed greens, including baby Romaine, Tango and Radicchio (in other words, weeds like I wrote yesterday  ) topped with blueberries, fresh Roma tomatoes, Feta and fat-free cranberry balsalmic vinagrette dressing. And a cherry diet Dr. Pepper. Hopefully, not more than about 150 calories.
