Maybe you should've kept Flat Me since I seem to put Katie to sleep. ;)
You don't walk the plank in NJ. You just disappear. Forever.

I think you were the life of the party. ;-) Poor Katie was all tuckered out and was already asleep when we showed up.

Great pictures. I like the signature red jacket, Flat Sue. I'm petitioning for a FlatBarbara at the next Brunchgate.

Not sure if I'll make it this year - but I will be seeing Duke play in person this year as they are "brunchgating" in my neck of the woods.cl15876 wrote:YOU are going to have to do something pretty awesome, DD already nominated ME!!!! I almost called Brunchgate this weekend. May have to give that a try next weekend. I'm sure the phone call would have made all the difference in the outcome of the game! ;)

After the loss, we decided that blue attire is required by attendees. Richmond's color was red. I blame the loss on FlatSue's jacket.DukieInKansas wrote:Great pictures. I like the signature red jacket, Flat Sue. I'm petitioning for a FlatBarbara at the next Brunchgate.

Re: Brunchgate, 9/5 Edition
Perhaps we'll have a possible solution for those who wish to attend brunchgates in the future but unable to for whatever reasons.
CB&B and a few others iuncluding myself, have an idea and We're gonna try to give it a test run at Tillys Sizzling Summer house party to coincide with Duke v. Kansas in two weeks. Stay tuned

Are you REALLY gonna deliver all the leftovers to the closest non-attender that night or the next day?knights68 wrote:Perhaps we'll have a possible solution for those who wish to attend brunchgates in the future but unable to for whatever reasons.

Hey now, I didn't choose my attire.
I did remind Tilly, though, that I also have a black leather jacket.
However, I also own a plethora of non-leather Duke jackets & shirts.
