I have reclaimed the CTN single-game scoring record...571 is the new mark. That one's gonna be tough to beat.

Of course, my opponent bingos and gets an 89 point word the next move...

CL surprised me not with a move, but as I was laying down an important later game 40+ point value word, the game would not allow me to lay down the tiles, saying my word was not a word. My ENGLISH TWL dictionary said it was a word. To my surprise, the game CL started was NOT English TWL; it was Merriam-Webster ENGLISH. Oy Vei! I wound up having to settle for a 24-pt value word. YCCH!

When you set up the game to check the box that says TWL, not M-Webster English.

Umm, I noticed something dreadfully WRONG. While I was looking at this morning's stats, Wilson appears to have slipped to 9th place among my friends, even though his number (1440) is still higher than that of Shamm, the second highest score on my list. And wilson's Coca-cola icon is gone.

In the meantime, Shamm started off a game with a bingo... NEVER a good sign.

The situation was corrected later on.

Unfortunately, both Shamm and Arkie led off games with bingos. And BD is hanging tough.

I finally get the 'Q' and the 'Z' in a game and they are the last two letters in the bag. :( (There's no 'Boo!' smilie.)

Arkie has turned evil on me. She is beating me ... beating me good. b-(

And well, Shamm got two bingos up on me. Fortunately I made up one of those bingos. Something must have happened in Colombia, because he has turned sinister. :ymdevil:

And BD... we'll see what happens, but the knitter is playing really tough. FWIW, that Q & Z thing she talked about is NOT in our game. ^#(^

Bovid is sitting on two games (no doubt because he is still celebrating Mark Martin's success). :!!

And CellR... well, he is still suffering from an attack of the lentoids. :-B x_x

Shamm has beaten me twice in a row. BD may pull out a win in our current game. My ranking is tanking. ~x(

I'll challenge you to a game. You always seem to beat the stuffing out of me. That should help your ranking.

Maybe I should say that my ranking is stanking.

If you're handing it to Shamm, you'll be putting the kibosh on me in no time at all.

Shamm and I have a rule that at least one of us has to play a naughty word in everyone of our games or it doesn't count. In the current game I played 'JUGS'.

Shamm and I also have done that in our games of late.
