Bummer. Joys of bringing in highly touted yet untested talent. We'd likely be better off with Blakes and his experience, even if he's not starting.

From what I've read, the transfers the staff are considering are juniors and seniors with experience, as they realize we need to get older/ more experienced and "tougher." I like Blakes a lot except when he's air-balling 3s and doinking breakaways. Hopefully, he can find a starting spot like Goldwire did a couple years ago.CameronBornAndBred wrote: ↑April 13th, 2024, 1:48 pmBummer. Joys of bringing in highly touted yet untested talent. Goodbye, Jeremy
It's getting so rare to watch a player grow at Duke for four years, so I'm happy that we got to that with him. I don't see Roach getting drafted, but I know another school will grab him quickly. Hopefully nobody we'll be playing against next year.

Mason Gillis, the B1G Sixth Man of the Year, rides the portalet from Perdue (sic) to Duke a couple hours ago.
