The first time I ever saw Braveheart was in Scotland, the same day I did the deluxe tour of Stirling Castle (perhaps the #1 recurring site of clashes during the Scottish wars for independence in the 13th and 14th centuries). It was flippin' awesome.

It sucks for historical accuracy but I do find it interesting for gore. Then again, I'm a guy. Plus, the first place that Wallace attacked the English was in my hometown in Scotland so I've got that whole connection.
