Latest painting--Thanks Mom!!

Sunset at my mom's place in Pulaski, Va. I wish the photos did the paintings more justice, but you get the idea. The colors come out a bit muted.

Chris - I will not be too redundant, but beautiful! I took some pics I will send to you once I see how they turn out that capture the heavens shining down upon us.... I thought of you capturing the beauty of that moment.... my daughter said "Daddy, why are you taking pictures of the sky?"... I said, "I hope this turns out because I know an ARTIST that will enhance and capture this amazing moment!" :-bd

I like the silhouette effect, very realistic.
I also like the area of the subject.
