The final installment:

Wee Heavy Barrel Aged Scotch Style Ale-Incendiary Brewing Company

W-S still local to me.

Credit-RJ via trade or wager payout; thanks!!
Style-^^^^
Format-pint can, shared with myself
Canned on-11/15/21
Drinking vessel-stemless Incendiary teku; thanks, RJ!!
Appearance-muddy like the others; modest, off white head
Nose-dark caramel and brandy
Mouthfeel-soft
Tastes-apple brandy, dark caramel, wood and hints of peat/smoke
Barrels-apple brandy
Malts-same as the prior 3
Yeast-Scottish ale
IBU-probably 30 something
ABV-a consistently dangerous 12.3%
Overall impression-I like the apple brandy GBS combo a shade better but this was still excellent
Ymm, Beer rating-low cat 3 but sniffing around mid cat 3; once again, the Buffalo Trace and Willett barrel variants were slightly superior but delighted to have been the recipient of a mixed 4 pack and sampled them all
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.

My St. Patrick’s Day preparation is complete. There is a corn beef brisket in the refrigerator along with two different Irish beers. Both beers are from St. James Gate, Dublin:

Guinness Stout and Harp Lager.

I had a Smithwick's Red Ale last night for St. Patrick's Day.

I had a Deacon Brew at the WFU NIT game on Wednesday. I don't know what cold pee tastes like, but I suspect it takes similar to Deacon Brew. :9f:
