All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost; the old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost.

I didn't have breakfast. Is it too late to have scrambled eggs now?

That would qualify as brunch, so, no, it's never too late for eggs.YmoBeThere wrote:I didn't have breakfast. Is it too late to have scrambled eggs now?

I love having breakfast food at dinner. Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast with grape jelly and a glass of orange juice. YUM!

I have an omelette at dinner time everyonce in a while. Because as everyone knows, real men don't eat quiche.

Would you like to try it if it were called a "cheese pie"? When I serve a hearty homemade quiche to someone put off by the dish's name, but who likes the flavor, I just tell 'em it's a cheese pie and everyone's happy.YmoBeThere wrote:I have an omelette at dinner time everyonce in a while. I have to add that BabyUsul loves her eggs scrambled. Just in the last week we discovered she loves them. They're about the only food that she'll just shovel in... We tried them last month and she just wasn't into them.

I like them still shiny too, before they turn brown and are dried out/well done.cl15876 wrote:I have to be VERY CAREFUL when making eggs for my son, he will not eat any scrambled eggs that have "BROWN" on them! I'd still like ya BONES even if I saw/heard about you eating some quiche ;) . My wife has the recipe for a couple good ones and will create one every couple months or so.cl15876 wrote:Real men eat what is served (when they aren't cooking apparently), but don't TELL!!!!!! Re: How do you like your eggs?
Well, this morning it was scrambled on a Hardee's sausage biscuit with their new cinnamon donut holes, pineapple-orange juice, milk and a shade under a full cuppa joe. My wife suggested that I post what I ate for breakfast this AM. No, really...
