Sad News From Our Tailgate Neighbors

Danny Phillips posted yesterday about the passing of our friend and tailgate neighbor, Ronnie Bissette. Ronnie had been diagnosed with cancer before the season, but was still thankfully able to make it to a couple games. He was always optimistic about our chances, and determined to see Duke be the football program that Coach Cut has led them to be.
I wanted to share the news with those who had not heard about it.

Raising a bloody mary in a toast to his wonderful company on Saturdays, and grilling a few ABTs in his memory.

CBB, thank you for posting a picture. I couldn't put a face to the name. He will certainly be missed.

Thoughts and prayers for his family and all who loved Ronnie. May he RIP.

I am so sad to hear this. He was a great guy. May he rest in peace.
