Ummm, The Weather Channel is currently quoting: "A steady rain in the morning. Showers continuing in the afternoon. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall around half an inch."

Of course, I'll be expecting that to change daily, if not more often.

That's looking like a very smart idea. Per WRAL...

Overcast with a good chance of showers during the morning and early afternoon, followed by clearing mid to late afternoon. Highs in the mid to upper 60s.

The big tent will be up up top, protecting us from rain and acorns.
