I did CellR's "Good Luck" post in Old Gold--one of Wake Forest's colors.

A "Good Luck" message in black would have been boring.

CellR, you could sing the alma mater:
Dear old Wake Forest, Thine is a noble name;
Thine is a glorious fame, Constant and true.
We give thee of our praise, Adore thine ancient days,
Give thee our humble lays, Mother, so dear.

You know, it was nice when I was 7 hours ahead of EST. I'd be up, having breakfast, and DA was still up, posting away.DevilAlumna wrote:<sigh> I miss my left coast pw buddies. Sue, chica, I hope things are still going smoothly for you in NJ.

Anyone have a spare $2800 to get me back to the Antsiranana time zone?

Re: LTE 2.0
I LOVE his Colt .45 commercials. I also think he got totally whored by the Batman people. He played Harvey Dent in the original, damnit. They had NO right to bring in Tommy Lee Jones to play Two-Face. Billy Dee would have made an AWESOME Two-Face. The Batman cartoon that came out a few years later even had a black Dent, and I thought he was awesome.wilson wrote:My favorite inhabitant of all the Star Wars universe, and one of my favorite all-time movie characters.wilson wrote:We're approaching Lando Calrissian's first appearance on screen in 'The Empire Strikes Back.'
I'm a Tommy Lee Jones fan generally, but he played Two-Face like a poor man's Joker, and that's NOT what Two-Face is AT ALL. Billy Dee was MADE to play Two-Face. Of all the sins that series of movies committed, and there were LOTS, that one irks me THE MOST. Sorry, rant over.
